Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Once a shipping label has been created or your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it, including modifications to the shipping address.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:
Domestic (UAE) orders: In-stock items will ship immediately.
International orders: You may request split shipping by contacting us. Additional shipping charges will apply.
All domestic orders within the United Arab Emirates are shipped via Emirates Post or Aramex, depending on your location.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, subject to payment confirmation and courier availability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery method.
We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
We deliver worldwide using DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex International.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your destination and local customs clearance.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) when possible, meaning duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. If DDP is not available for your country, your order will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — in this case, you will be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged upon arrival.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”).
These fees vary depending on your country’s regulations and are beyond our control.
If you refuse to pay the Import Fees or reject a shipment, you will be responsible for:
The original shipping costs,
Any Import Fees incurred on the package, and
The cost of returning the package to The MilkMaid’s Shop.
Please note that certain couriers (including DHL and FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, The MilkMaid’s Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
