RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DOMESTIC RETURNS (UAE)

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please request a return authorization within 14 days of your delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your request being approved.
We offer returns for store credit, a refund to your original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or model (subject to stock availability).

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, including the “Do Not Remove” tag, and in the original product packaging.

  • Include all original accessories. Accessories under 50 AED are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Milkmaids Shop L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements or are returned without authorization.

Items returned with strong odors or damages incurred during use may be considered non-refundable. All sale items are considered final sale.

A restocking fee of 100 AED applies to all domestic return orders.

How to Return

  1. Contact us via email at contact@themilkmaidsshop.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item, including a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  4. Please allow 15 business days for your refund, store credit, or exchange to be processed after your item arrives at our warehouse.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers outside the UAE must use our International Returns and Exchanges Portal.

  • A restocking fee of 120 AED applies for international returns and exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs and must provide tracking information to contact@themilkmaidsshop.com to prevent delays in processing.

  • Refunds or store credit will only be issued once the returned items pass inspection.


STORE CREDIT

We issue store credit in the form of a Gift Card sent via email once the returned item passes our inspection.
To redeem, simply enter the unique gift card code during checkout.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for a different size within the same style and color.

  • If you want a different style or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.

  • Exchanges are only processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

  • Domestic exchanges are shipped free of charge.

  • Maximum one exchange per item is allowed.

Once the exchange item is shipped, we will provide updated tracking information.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@themilkmaidsshop.com.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for worn or used items.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item is confirmed to be defective upon inspection.


RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES

Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse.
We will contact you via email before canceling the order.

  • Customers wishing to receive the package again must pay for a new shipping label.

  • The Milkmaids Shop L.L.C-FZ is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

  • If you return more than 60% of orders placed in a 12-month period, you may be subject to a modified return policy. You will be notified if this applies to you.
